The LokIt dual talon clamp has a pre-loaded rust-resistant, continuous ring shank nail that is designed to avoid tube damage if the nail is overdriven. The dual clamp fastener is compatible with copper, PEX, or CPVC tube.
Product Details
LokIt dual clamp shall be used where necessary to secure CTS tube in piping system. Fastener shall be 100% corrosion proof and U.V. resistant. Fastener shall be impact resistant to 0°F, and be able to withstand continuous temperatures up to 160°F. Fastener shall include a pre-loaded rust-resistant, continuous ring shank nail and designed to avoid tube damage if nail is overdriven. Fastener shall be compatible with copper, PEX or CPVC tube. Material Fastener body: UV-resistant, high density polyethylene.
INSTALLATION
Snap onto 1⁄2" or 3⁄4" CTS tube.
Be sure to follow spacing requirements of national and local plumbing codes.
APPROVED USES
Manufacturer has approved the TubeTalon for use with: copper tube, CPVC tube, PEX/PB tube, and plastic/steel conduit.
